FOUNDER / SUPERVISOR
Dr. Ginavra GibsonĀ is a licensed counselor, clinical supervisor, professor, trainer, and researcher. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina and Georgia, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in South Carolina, and an approved clinical supervisor in Georgia. She holds a masterās degree in counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands.
Dr. Gibson has extensive experience as a counselor, supervisor, educator, and program director across rural, suburban, and urban community settings. She has also served as a crisis counselor, supervised mobile crisis teams, led diverse outpatient counseling programs, and provided supervision to counseling students, provisionally licensed counselors, practicing clinicians, and developing supervisors.
Clinical supervision is a central focus of her teaching, research, and professional service. She has presented nationally on supervision, counselor development, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care. Cultural humility is one of her primary research interests and a foundational part of her supervision approach, which emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, accountability, and professional growth.
Dr. Gibson is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Her clinical specialties include emotional dysregulation, anxiety, crisis intervention, and trauma.

Individual Supervision

- Individualized exploration of a range of clinical and professional issues.
- In-depth case conceptualization and professional development.
Triadic Supervision

- 1 Hours
- 1:2 experience
- Two supervisees share a time of addressing clinical and professional issues
- Service contingent upon identifying a compatible pair of supervisees.
Group Supervision

- 2 Hours
- 3-9 Supervisees
- Group meets to discuss clinical and professional issues.
- Provides a supportive and collaborative setting for supervisees to learn from the supervisor and each other.
